Shipping
Our standard shipping is through USPS Priority (1-3 days anywhere in the US). Please allow us one (1) to three (3) business days to process your order before it is shipped. Depending on circumstances and what time you place your order, it may be shipped the same day.

Out of US orders will be shipped ground instead of priority. Global Ground shipping is an additionbal $10.00 and will be added into your order if not already done so. You may upgrade your shipping to Global Priority for $30.00 total, but you must request this service in the comment box on the shipping page. By default, exported orders will be shipped ground which may take anywhere from 5-14 business days or more to arrive at their destination.

Rush delivery is available for in-country orders, but you will have to request this service in the comment box on the shipping page as well. Overnight Shipping is an additional $30.00 for 1-4 pieces and $35.00 for 5-9 pieces. Please call for a shipping quote on large quantities or over-nighted orders.

Please keep in mind that the webkinz are NON RETURNABLE once the package has been opened.

A 25% restocking fee may be applied to any order returned without a legitimate cause.
